IEFP president's career raises legal doubts

Contrary to what the dispatch of appointment indicates, Adelaide Franco received unemployment benefit when she was dismissed from the company that she founded and that hired her again. However, she had activities that she describes as "punctual" and "not remunerated", ruling out illegalities. Looking in abstract terms at the legislation, lawyers conclude that there can be no activity with the company that gave rise to the subsidy, even if unpaid.
