Decent Work Agenda and the Valuing Young People in the Labour Market

On 3 April, Law No. 13/2023 of 3 April was published, introducing important changes to the Labour Code, its Regulations and the Contributions Code. These changes will enter into force on 1 May, together with the Decent Work Agenda and the Valuing Young People in the Labour Market, which can be consulted in the attached document.

We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that, as usual, Vasconcelos Arruda will be organising a training/debate to explain all these changes and their implications within organisations, as well as other labour issues that will mark the year 2022 and that we consider relevant. The training will take place on the morning of 20th April at the Epic Sana Hotel in Lisbon (Av. Eng. Duarte Pacheco 15). If you are interested in attending, please send an email to celia.cardoso@va.pt. The training is free for clients.
